Meet the TEAM

Our Senior Team has decades of experience in financial services, fintech, regulatory compliance and sales and marketing

Founder and CEO

A financial services/fintech founder and director for more than twenty years, Fiona is passionately interested in fintech with a heart.

After an early career as a lawyer, Fiona founded and ran both a specialist consultancy company and a highly client-centred boutique IFA business. Based on her learnings from this, she developed the concepts that underlie WTL’s Investor Personality Profiling software.

Non-Executive Director

Peter is a chartered accountant and experienced non-executive director, operating in fintech and other sectors.

Peter practices as both a Chartered Accountant and an IFA (via his business, Cambridge Financial Services Ltd). He brings valuable insights to WTL, based on his highly relevant background and experience in financial services and as an NXD of a fintech start-up.

Director of Technology

Kieron is an experienced developer and leader of software teams, with a strong background in building fintech products from the ground up.

As well as leading the charge on the development of WTL’s software, Kieron has played a key role in developing products for innovative businesses such as Savernake Capital (systematic hedge fund) and Giacom (cloud platform for MSPs).

Director of Digital

Tasos is a seasoned expert in website design and development, e-commerce and performance marketing.

After an earlier career in presales, technical marketing and partner management at Microsoft Hellas, Tasos has brought his flair for quality, aesthetics and creating strong partnerships to a range of technology companies, including WTL.
